About this service
A retainer gives your team reliable access to photo and video without negotiating every request. We agree on a set number of shoot days for the year, meet each quarter to plan what’s coming, and keep you updated on days used and remaining.
A shoot day is the whole package: time on site plus all the editing, colour, exporting and delivery afterwards. No separate charges for post-production and no surprises. It means you always have current, site-specific visuals for communications, recruitment and the moments you can’t schedule, like the first snow or a VIP visit.

Questions
What happens if we need more days than we planned?
Extra days are billed at the same per-day rate as your retainer. No premium for going over.
Do unused days carry over?
They roll over month to month within the contract year, then reset at renewal so the retainer stays aligned with your annual planning.
Can a retainer include video?
Yes. Photo-only and photo-and-video retainers are both possible; we’ll shape it around what you actually publish.
