About this service

An organizational film is about your people, not your logo. We spend time with the operators, trainees, teachers, pilots and leaders who carry the work, and we let them tell it in their own words. The result feels candid and real, because it is.

We work with a light footprint. On an industrial site that means site orientation, PPE and filming only where Safety says go. In a community it means listening first and taking the time people need before the camera comes out. Interviews are never forced: for anyone camera-shy, their voice over photos works just as well.

Every film starts with a clear definition of success, written with you, so we both know what the finished piece needs to do: recruit, explain, build trust, or simply show the pride people have in their work.

Who it’s for

Energy and industry operators, airlines, school boards, municipalities, Indigenous governments and development corporations, and nonprofits who need to show the human side of what they do, whether for recruiting, community relations or the public.

Questions

What if some of our people don’t want to be on camera?

That’s common and completely fine. Interviews are optional. We can record someone’s voice and pair it with photos of them at work, or keep them in the background. Nobody is pushed into anything.

Can you film on an active industrial site?

Yes. We complete site orientation, bring or wear the PPE you require, and only film in live areas with Safety’s go-ahead. We work around your operations, not the other way round.

How many rounds of changes do we get?

Two review rounds on each deliverable are built in. Most films are settled well within that.

Who owns the footage?

You get full, unrestricted rights to everything we deliver. We may show selected stills in our portfolio, never as stock or for resale. Raw footage licensing, or an organized, colour-corrected archive of everything we shot, is available as an add-on.

Is travel included?

We include travel in the proposal once dates are set. Travel is billed at cost, and when a trip overlaps with other work in the same area we share that saving with you.
